Dream of the Red Chamber
The Twelve Beauties of Jinling are
twelve of the most beautiful and talented women in the Dream of the Red Chamber which
is a traditional Chinese novel. Each of them is different and has a unique personality. They
represent the perfect woman in the traditional Chinese aesthetic, but they all end
tragically. Portraits for each of them will be made in the style of Art Deco and Chinese traditional patterns will be applied. Figures are based on their plots in the book.
